By commissioning azorukon you are agreeing to this TOS, violation of this TOS results in termination of your commission and a blacklist from commissioning Azorukon in the future. Chargebacks result in a blacklist & beware post upon you. Azorukon has the right to turn down any commission for any reason. Refunds are not available to the commissioner unless a violation of this TOS has occurred or Azorukon terminates the commission In which a refund will be issued. Azorukon refuses to deal with rude commissioners, scammers, or any other suspicious activity from said commissioner. Termination may result from commissioner being rude, threatening, previously blacklisted, has bewares placed on them, or other unkind actions. To commission Azorukon you must have your own PayPal account and your own debit/credit card linked to it. Payment is required through PayPal ONLY. Payment must be received within 48 hours of your slot acceptance, if not paid in time your slot will be forfeited to someone else. Please let me know if you need more time to pay, communication is key! WIP photos will be provided. If there are any questions or concerns you may contact me.

you as a commissioner are also not permitted to use my artwork for commercial sale, nor are you permitted to edit my work in any way. This includes: using my art for AI generators, drawing over my work, removing/altering my signature, claiming work as your own or by someone else.
I reserve the right to use any of my art including commissions for advertisements & public use.
